Terms and Conditions

If any problems arise during a Booking. Speak to the on-site staff so that any problems may be resolved

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES AND OBLIGATIONS CAREFULLY AND THOROUGHLY

  • Liability. Guest accepts full responsibility for their actions and those of their visitors and employees

    • Cre8ive is not responsible for items left in our Spaces or Common Areas

    • Guest is fully responsible for damage, loss, injury, legal liability, and other harm, along with any resulting costs caused by or to Tenants, Guests, and Visitors

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Children (under the age of 16) must be accompanied by an adult (over the age of 18) at all times.

    • Children should refrain from running and making loud noises in Common Areas

    • Cre8ive reserves the right to require Guests to rent a space to use as a waiting room if children are disruptive in the Common Areas

  • Be respectful and courteous toward other Guests and the Space

    • Do not remove any property that does not belong to you

  • Please abide by the signage in the Common Areas: maintain a low sound level in Common Areas; clean up any trash; no eating on the benches, keep shoes off the furniture

  • Leave the Space as you found it. Be aware of and clean up any items that may be left behind, such as trash, clothing items, bags, electronic devices, water bottles, and food

    • Guest is responsible for any costs of intensive cleaning of the Space if required due to their Booking

  • Damage. Guest is responsible for any costs resulting from damage to the space, equipment, or articles stolen from the Space

    • Do not drag furniture, prop items against the mirror, or otherwise damage the Space

    • Guests are not allowed to secure anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings with screws, nails, tape, or adhesive

    • Cre8ive does not allow tap dancing, roller skating, and other activities that may damage the floors of the Space

  • Never store, transport, or possess hazardous materials in the Space

    • Cre8ive does not allow e-bikes or e-bike batteries to be kept/charged in our Spaces or Common Areas

    • Smoking, e-cigarettes, the use of candles, incense, or any other kind of open flame are not permitted in any part of Cre8ive

  • Cre8ive reserves the right to photograph/record activities in our Common Areas

  • Do not violate the privacy of other Guests. This includes entering bathrooms and Spaces that are being used by other Guests and photographing/recording other Guests without their consent

  • Castings and other similar Bookings are required to rent an additional Space if necessary to use as a waiting room, and cannot have Guests waiting/queuing in the Common Areas.

    • Cre8ive reserves the right to monitor the number of people waiting in Common Areas and request that Guests acquire a waiting room

    • If Guest does not lessen the number of people in the Common Areas, Cre8ive reserves the right to end the Booking immediately with no refund

    • Open castings are strictly forbidden at Cre8ive, Cre8ive reserves the right to end the Booking immediately with no refund if the Booking is for an open casting

  • Noise. Parties and similar events are not allowed in our Spaces

  • Alcoholic beverages and drugs are not allowed in any of our Spaces or Common Areas

  • Sound Levels. Spaces are sound-dampened (not sound-proofed), and thus sound can bleed into and out of Spaces

    • Doors are to be kept closed to reduce noise spillover

    • Cre8ive reserves the right to monitor sound levels and ask Guests to lower the sound if deemed too loud

    • If Guest is not compliant with the request to lower the sound, Cre8ive reserves the right to end a Booking immediately with no refund

  • Billing of Additional Charges. Additional charges that the Guest is responsible for that are incurred from add-ons (items, time, or space), intensive cleaning, or damages to the space will be charged directly to the payment method used for the booking

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Booking Policy

    • All Bookings and changes must be paid for before the Booking is confirmed

    • Guests must be 18 years or older to book a Space

    • Timing. Guests are allowed to enter the Space when their reserved time begins and must vacate the Space before the reserved time ends. To guarantee availability, if Guest requires time to set up or clean up, Guest must book the additional time in advance

      • Guest can request additional time in the Space, provided the Space is available. If a Guest believes they will require extra time, please give us as much advance notice as possible to accommodate the request. If the Space is available and not booked in advance, Guest will be charged for the time that they remain in the Space at 1.5x the normal rate

      • If the Space is not available for additional time and Guest does not vacate the Space before their reserved time ends, Guest will be removed from the Space and banned from continuing to book at Cre8ive. Guest’s future bookings will be cancelled

      • Guests will not be allowed to enter the Space until the Booking is paid for in full

    • All Booking Cancellations and Changes must be submitted through email at info@cre8ivenyc.com or by calling us at 646.513.3241

    • Bookings made on other Platforms will be Cancelled or Changed on said Platform

  • Cancellation Policy. Bookings can be cancelled for a Full Refund up to seven (7) days in advance, and for a 50% refund up to twenty-four (24) hours in advance

    • Bookings made under the Partial Deposit policy are subject to terms laid out on invoice

    • Bookings made on other Platforms may have a different Cancellation Policy

  • Changes to Bookings. Changes can only be made once

    • Bookings can only be changed if requested more than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the originally booked time

    • Changes requested less than one (1) week in advance of the originally booked time will receive a 50% credit from the original Booking to be applied towards the changed Booking

    • Requests to change which Space a booking takes place in will be asked to pay the difference in price if there is one. We cannot refund the difference if Guest requests a downgrade less than two (2) weeks in advance of the Booking
