  • They are all 3! We have versatile furniture and equipment set-ups, allowing our spaces to be set-up to accommodate a plethora of uses. Just ask when you book, and we will have the space set up for you!

  • Yes! We have discounts for students and non-profit groups, along with discounts for continuous bookings of 8+ hours and multi-space bookings. We also have discounts available for recurring bookings.

  • We have a still/sparkling water dispenser available to all, along with our Coffee/Tea package add-on.

    Outside food and drinks are allowed, as long as they are non-alcoholic.

  • Street parking is commercial only from 7am-7pm on weekdays, and metered parking outside of those hours. On our block there is also an Icon Parking garage.

  • Bookings made on our website can be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days in advance, and for a 50% refund up to 24 hours in advance via calling or emailing us.

    Changes can be made without a fee more than 1 week in advance, or subject to fee for up to 48 hours in advance.

  • Cre8ive NYC works to promote productivity and education in our spaces, so unfortunately we do not allow social events such as Birthday Parties, Dinners, etc in our space.

  • Castings are allowed on a case by case basis, however open castings are strictly forbidden. To avoid crowding the public spaces, we do require that castings rent an additional waiting room if people will be waiting.

  • Yes! We have staff on-site at all times during operating hours. You will be assisted from the moment you enter the lobby.

  • It depends on which space, and how you would like the room set-up! Without furniture, Studio type 1 rooms can fit 30 people, Studio type 2 rooms can fit 25 people, Studio type 3 rooms can fit 20 people, and Studio 4 can fit up to 40 people. Studio 3-4 can fit up to 15 people with its conference set-up. Please reach out to us to discuss your specific needs.

  • Yes! We can get you any equipment you need via Ventana Productions, just reach out to us to let us help you!

  • We clean every room each day and in between bookings. We have HEPA air purifiers in each studio.

  • Absolutely! Please reach out to us for multiple day bookings and we will work out your perfect lay-out and keep it in place overnight for you.
